Boston Red Sox saved the last game in a three-game series against Los Angeles Angels Wednesday afternoon. But the deadlines flared well before the first pitch was thrown.
During an exercise session at Fenway Park, Red Sox had first base coach Jose Flores an exchange with Angels Pitcher Tyler Anderson. The context of the apparent confrontation or whatever it came from remains unclear.

But it was clear that Anderson was not happy about what Flores was expressing.

Flores looked to start going away before players and coaches from both teams began to engage in several exchanges.

Videos appeared on social media showing barely a minute of the incident.
Red Sox Manager Alex Cora remained in Outfield at the heated moment. Cora was seen drinking, what seemed to be coffee and also spoke with Angels’ staff at the time.
Anderson was at Fenway Park Mound on Monday for the series’ opening match. He allowed five races, but Los Angeles was still able to secure a 7-6 win.

The angels followed Monday’s victory with another close victory on Tuesday. Boston jumped back on Wednesday and celebrated a 9-11 win.
Red Sox has fought this season. While Wednesday’s victory marked Red SOX’s 30. Victory of the year, the team is still trying to find a level of consistent success. Boston has gone 3-7 during his last 10 games.
