Reese Witherspoon shared her a single trick to soothing anxiety on her social media
The 48-year-old actress went to her Instagram account to upload a video of herself that provided insight into anxiety relief, inspired by Martha Beck’s new book In addition to anxiety.
Witherspoon suggested that she ease anxiety by shifting the focus to doing something creative, like making “chocolate.”
“I was with a friend’s daughter last week, and she told me she’s getting really nervous,” Witherspoon. “She’s in high school. We’re all getting nervous, right? It’s a stressful time. But I said every time you get nervous, you have to get out of your head and in your hands. Go to something. So she and I went and made chocolate.”
“It doesn’t matter if you’re making chocolate, you choose flowers you paint after talking you make a meal for your family or friends. Get busy doing something,” that Legally Blonde Actress said and added. “Go out of your head and in your hands. So true.”
Earlier, Witherspoon opened up his fight with serious panic attacks before filming the 2014 movie Wild and trying to heal through hypnosis.
“I was so scared to do it, tracee. I had hypnosis I was so scared. I had panic attacks for three weeks before I started,” The Morning Show Star told Interview Magazine in 2021.
