Islamabad:
The Foreign Office’s spokesman ambassador Shafqat Ali Khan said Friday that Pakistan and Iran have confirmed their commitment to elaborate on the bilateral relations.
The Foreign Office spokesman treated the weekly press briefing at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Ambassador Khan categorically rejected what he called “baseless and unfounded accusations” about the involvement of Pakistani nationals in the Ukraine conflict. “No verifiable evidence has been presented, nor has Pakistan been contacted by Ukrainian authorities,” he said, adding that the case would be taken up with Kiev to seek clarification.
