Erin Lichy, The Real Housewives of New York (Rhony) Star, has opened up how the show inspired her to author her debut cookbook.
In a talk with PEOPLE Magazine, Reality -tv star and businesswoman who has written her first cookbook, She is host: an unbutted cookbook for elegant entertainingsaid it includes recipes, decorating tips and other advice for organizing gatherings.
Lichy who made Shakshuka on Rhony After appearing on the show in 2023, I revealed, “I think I got the idea when I realized people were really interested and loved my Shakshuka recipe.”
For the unwarter one, Shakshuka is a North African and Middle Eastern breakfast made of eggs in tomato and red pepper sauce.
With reference to her famous court, the 37-year-old added that she twice shared it on her instagram and received “such a great response, and people said how they didn’t know what Shakshuka was until I put it.”
“I felt kind of forced to share a lot of other dishes that are so regular to me that most people might not have known about,” she noted.
It is important to note that Erin Lichy’s cookbook, She is a host: an unknown cookbook to elegantly entertaining, will be out on October 28, 2025.
