Riley Gaines Tears in the Wnba star that gave Caitlin Clark Blark Black Eyes to wear anti-trump shirt

WNBA player Dijonai Carrington invited a shower of counter-reactions to wear a jersey that said “The F — Donald Trump Tour,” and the conservative influencer Riley Gaines were quick to jump in.

Carrington showed off the jersey on Friday while entering the Wayfair Arena in Miami, Florida. Carrington is best known for its interactions with women’s basketball phenomenon Caitlin Clark during Clark’s Rookie WNBA season in 2024.

Gaines pointed out this in his first criticism of Carrington Saturday.

“So you tell me that the same girl who deliberately stabbed Caitlin Clark in his eye and then laughed at it, also carried a hoodie stating,” The f — Donald Trump Tour “?! I’m shocked,” Wrote Gaines in a posting of X.

Carrington has said that she did not intentionally stabbed Clark in her eye and that she did not laugh at the incident. But Gaines felt no reservations about suggesting that Carrington’s plug to Clark was deliberate and that she laughed at it afterwards.

Gaines followed up with yet another criticism of the Sun player and even brought LeBron James into the conversation.

“What has Donald Trump done to make your life worse? Keep LeBron off the field,” Gaines wrote at X in response to a photo of Carrington wearing the shirt.

Carrington provoked Clark fans before the eye-catching event with several statements scolding Clark and her fan base.

During a match in June, Carrington displaced Clark after Clark received an in -depth pass from teammate Kristy Wallace. Clark caught the pass and began against the basket. Carrington came too late to Clark because of a screen of Aliyah Boston and she bumped into Clark.

Later that month, Carrington Published on xAnd says Clark should do more to comment on people who use her name for “racism” and other forms of prejudice. She also called the fever fans for the “ugliest” in the league.

Carrington even brought light on the controversy of Clark’s black eye in an Instagram live video in October. In the video, Carrington and her boyfriend, Nalyssa Smith, who plays on Indiana Fever with Clark, were in their kitchen when Smith stabbed Carrington in his eye.

“Oh, you stuck me in the eye,” Carrington said. Smith apologized and the two laughed.

“Did you do that on purpose?” asked Carrington.

Carrington is also not the first goal of Gaines’ anger when it comes to talks about Clark’s presence in WNBA.

After Clark made a comment To take advantage of the White privilege in WNBA during his interview to Time Magazine’s athlete of the year, Gaines came in a heated back and forth with journalist Jemele Hill.

After Gaines wrote on X, where he criticized Clark for making the comments, Hill started the debate and even ended up making it personal.

“You are constantly shouting about supporting and ‘protecting’ women, and yet at the moment when Caitlin Clark expresses appreciation and respect for the black women in wnba (many of whom have grown up watching and idolize), you suddenly behave Like a disappointed parent, ”Hill wrote.

Gaines clapped back quickly and responded to Hill’s post by mocking the idea of ”White Privilege” in WNBA.

“‘White Privilege’ in Wnba is literally funny. Maybe you’re like Sunny Hostin and think CC also has high privileges, beautiful privileges and equal privileges,” Gaines wrote. “There are a lot of black players in wnba, i love [and] Respect too, but I do not admire them because they are black. I admire them for their games. That’s the difference. ”

Gaines then doubled by sharing Hill’s first posting with a screenshot of comments the journalist came up with an interview with the Los Angeles Times in May. In that article, Hill insisted that it was “naive” to say that Clark’s race and sexuality as a hetero woman did not play into her popularity in Wnba, where the majority of the players are black and many are lesbians.

“Being a long-time professional race baiter must be so exhausting,” Gaines told Hill in response.

After Gaines’ comment that Hill was a professional racing man, Hill replied with a message in which he mocked the former swimmer for an incident as she stood with transattetl Lia Thomas by 2022 NCAA’s swimming championships for women.

“Girl, you have to thank Lia Thomas every day of your life for helping you become famous, otherwise you would have just been a decent college swimmer that no one knew. You wrote the book of grieving – not me,” Hill wrote .

Gaines replied by saying, “How deeply regressively [and] Completely women’s hostile to Jemele Hill to tell me to thank a man for the platform I have. Thanks him for what? Do you infringe on us in the dressing room? Do you steal a national title from a deserved woman? Indirectly deprive us of our 1A rights? Just say you hate women, ”Gaines wrote in his answer.

It was the last message in the exchange.

Gaines have also chosen online matches with other liberal characters, including rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, DN.Y., and Dallas Maverick’s minority owner Mark Cuban.

Each of Gaines’ saliva with the liberal figures has been met with roaring commitment from her followers.
