Lahore:
The Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) Punjab on Tuesday released a flooding alarm, confirming that all major rivers, hill -teens and streams in the province are currently flowing on either normal or low flood levels.
According to the latest data, there was no report on flooding with medium or high level at any time in the province.
The update indicated that the Indus River at Tarbela and Kalabagh experienced low-level floods with a declining trend in water flow, while Chashma was also under low flooding conditions, but with an increasing trend.
Other large rivers, including Jhelum, Chenab, Ravi and Sutlej, flowed within normal parameters. Hill -Torrents in Rajanpur and Dera Ghazi Khan were also reported to flow normally without any unusual water discharge.
Similarly, all major nullahs flowed at regular levels and posed no immediate threat.
PDMA has advised residents to remain cautious, especially those living in low -lying areas. People have been encouraged to carefully follow the instructions of PDMA Punjab and local district administrations.

Meanwhile, according to Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) spokesperson, at Tarbela, the Indus River received a influx of 287,700 CUSSCS, while the outflow was registered at 282,100 CUSSCS.
At the shortage, the Jhelum River experienced a 22,000 CUSSCS influx with an outflow of 8,000 CUSSCS. At Chashma Barrage, the inflow is 364,000 CUSSCS and the outflow at 345,800 CUSSCS.
At the head Marala on the Chenab River, the influx has been registered at 71,300 CUSSCS, while the outflow was 44,300 CUSSCS. In Nowshera, the Kabul River saw a straight inflow and outflow of 50,400 CUSSCS.
Reservoir levels remain stable across the three major dams. At Tarbela, the current water level was 1,521.06 feet with a storage capacity of 4,144 million acre feet. At the shortage, the water level is 1,180.90 feet and stores 3,145 million acre feet.
