Rod Stewart has canceled and postponed several US concerts in June due to a lingering flu and raised doubts about his scheduled performance at Glastonbury later this month.

In an Instagram statement that was shared on Saturday, June 7, the 80-year-old rock legend announced he would cancel four shows and postpone two others over Nevada and California with reference to the doctor’s orders for extended rest.

As for this, Stewart wrote: “I am destroyed and apologize sincerely for all the disadvantages to my fans. I’ll be back on stage soon.”

The canceled dates include 7th, 8th, and June 10 at the Coliseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas and June 14 at Lake Tahoe Amphitheatre.

In addition, his show on June 12 in Rancho Mirage has been re -planned for September 20, while his show on June 15 in Paso Robles will be moved to September 21.
