Role model is forever in Charli xcx’s debt.
Role model did her part Saturday Night Live debuted last month and invited Charli xcx to be his Sally.
For the uninitiated, the singer-songwriter has a long list of so-called “Sallys” that he brings on stage during his performance of his song Sally when the wine runs out.
“It was amazing. We didn’t have one ready before the day and I never would have guessed she would do it,” he said of finding a Sally for the show.
“And she texted me and said, ‘You’re now forever in my debt and you’re in my pocket.’ And I said sometimes that’s what you gotta do to get a Sally,” he shared People.
The moment marked a truce of sorts between the artists after the Brat star appeared on the Some Protector singer’s cheeky “Enemies List” after apparently not inviting him to her wedding.
However, the hatchet is buried.
Role model gushed over her looks SNLand said, “It made my Saturday night. It was a beautiful moment for me. I love her. It was a huge highlight and we found that out on SNL.”
