Royal fans notice emotional details in Princess Kate, Charlotte’s surprise

Kate Middleton made sure the fifth annual carol service was something that marked an important milestone for the royal family and especially her young daughter.

Royal fans were left in awe of young Princess Charlotte when he made his debut at her mother’s big annual ‘Together at Christmas’ Carol Service, held earlier this month.

The young princess had joined her mother to play the song Holm Sound composed by pianist Erland Cooper in a pre-recorded piece, recorded at Windsor Castle.

Kensington Palace released the lovely clip, which also featured a voiceover from the Princess of Wales, which is about “love and connection through music”.

Fans noticed an important emotional detail in the mother-daughter interaction that melted their hearts. The two share a very close bond and trust in each other. Kate seems proud to be passing on her musical talent to her daughter, and Charlotte seems filled with the joy of performing.

“Such a beautiful mother-daughter moment,” one fan wrote. “The love and trust they have for each other is so evident!”

Another gushed: “So precious! So lovely to see Charlotte enjoying the gift of music with her mum.”

“Wow, I’m speechless, how beautiful,” read one comment. “How beautiful a mother-daughter bond can be.. Wishing you all a very merry Christmas”.

“I was expecting the mother and daughter duo to play, it’s so beautiful! Merry Christmas to their royal highnesses, the beautiful family of Wales.”

“What a lovely surprise. Love all the Christmas posts.”

Some fans couldn’t help but cry at the moment.

“Magical and what a lovely way to remind us all that we are united and to be there for each other. I had a tear or three in my eye.”

“Now that I have wiped my eyes of tears from this beautiful@moment, I hear your feelings and see the reaction of love between people. Thank you for reminding us all of the love and closeness of the season. Blessings to your family.”

“Who cuts onions?” one user on IG joked. “Merry Christmas [heart emojis]”.

The Prince and Princess of Wales, along with their three children, are expected to make the Christmas Walk on the Sandringham estate, another annual tradition eagerly awaited by fans.
