A city where gunfire has become a daily event is now witnessing the robbery of victims animals. At Eidul Azha, Muslims sacrifice animals for memory of Hazrat Ibrahim’s (AS) practice. However, the robbery trend in the metropolis harms the spirit of the festival.
The rising costs have attracted the robbers to the fleshy Bonanza. At one time, a bull is worth two million rupees or more kidnapped and sold without any question about any document or legal papers.
Armed robbers on bicycles snapped two cows along with vehicles that transported them near the northern bypass cattle market on Wednesday. The drivers of load vehicles blocked the road and staged a protest. They claimed that a political mobile patrol was stationed nearby, but refused to help and quoted customs limits.
