- The company has new project management levels for newcomers
Workbooks, one of the best CRM providers, has announced the integration of advanced project management tools into its CRM platform. With this latest addition, the company is aiming to help companies experience streamlined workflows, better resource distribution and optimize revenue tracking.
In a press release shared with Techradar Yesterday, workbooks explained how project management tools enable companies to simplify project and task management (things such as assigning budgets, monitoring efforts or tracking progress), optimizing the efficiency of the team (by viewing resource availability and thus balancing workloads for maximum productivity) and improve financial supervision (by allowing businesses to monitor projected monthly revenue).
Workbooks will offer two project management levels for newcomers – Project Management Core and Project Management Pro.
Core will offer functionalities such as task creation and tracking, resource and budget distribution, customized dashboards and real-time reporting.
The PRO level will include multi-business management, multi-currency documents and improved security measures.
Addressing business challenges
Existing customers get the advanced projects added that will offer “trouble -free integration” in current licenses, which ensures that companies can scale capabilities while maintaining cost -effectiveness.
For Dan Roche, Chief Marketing Officer at Workbooks, the new offer means “cutting through the BS that customers are facing right now.”
“They have to manage more suppliers and different systems, while they don’t usually see the results they want,” he said. “By integrating CRM with advanced project management, we provide a single platform that provides a direct advantage for CEOs, CFOs, COOs and consultants/project managers at medium -sized service companies.”
Roche says early adoptors already see “significant business advantage” and adds that the company sees “strong interest from other customers and prospects.”
According to data from the company’s website, workbooks earn over 1,400 mid -market customers in 30 different countries. It employs about 80 employees and has an estimated annual revenue of $ 11.3 million.

Long away are the days when CRMs are used exclusively to store contact information and track agreements. Although these are certainly still an important part of what makes a big CRM, we now see the expansion of CRM capabilities to support multiple processes across business.
I was lucky enough to get a sneak peek at Workbooks Project Management Tools at a customer event last year. When I talked to users, I found that the general consensus is that this will be a welcome addition, which helps them minimize the time and resources spent on managing multiple business tools.
