- A screen size of 6.89 inches is predicted for the Galaxy S26 Ultra
- It almost matches the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra
- We may get something unexpected in terms of this display
Leakies and rumors around the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra are starting to pour up, and a fresh leak may have revealed the screen size of the upcoming flagship – while also teasing some “surprises” that could be in store.
The well-known Tipster @universeice has gone on a record and says the Galaxy S26 Ultra will sports a 6.89-inch screen, which is only about identical to the 6.9-inch screen listed in the specifications of the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra.
There is no change there then, but the same source says the screen will bring some “surprises” with it and apply some of “Samsung’s core pest technologies” – so there may be other screen upgrades even if the size remains the same.
Surprise!
The Galaxy S26 Ultra’s screen will have surprises and some of Samsung’s core viewing technologies will be used in this product.September 12, 2025
It is difficult to predict what the surprises could be-if they were predictable, they would not be very surprising-but we have heard in the past that the Galaxy S26 Ultra may have an AI-driven privacy feature that makes it harder for other people to see your screen.
We haven’t heard much about the display of the Galaxy S26 Ultra, but there has been talk that it will generally have a curved design, with some of the more angular edges and corners rounded to the 2026 model.
Some leaked reproductions have also appeared online and show the standard model – which is expected to be renamed Pro. The signs are that Pro and Ultra will be with an edge, with the plus model left out next time.
If Samsung sticks to his usual schedule, we see these three Premium phones arriving at a time in January. Before that, we expect Samsung’s first tri-fold foldable phone to be launched by the end of the month.
