The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 is – along with the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 – likely to be Samsung’s next big smartphone, and that’s the handset that lots of foldable fans have been waiting for.
With talk of larger screens, a better hinge and a powerful new chipset, the Galaxy Z Flip 7 could be worth waiting for, but will we have to wait much longer for it to arrive?
There is not yet a confirmed message date for the phone, but there are some leaks. and rumors. So between these and previous forms we can predict when the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 may be announced when pre -orders may be opened and when it may be sent.
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 Message Date predictions
Our best guess for the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 advertising month is July as both Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 5 were announced in July by their respective release year.
However, Samsung has not been consistent on when in July, with Z Flip 6 -Landing on July 10, and Z Flip 5 Landing on July 26.
However, according to the South Korean place The Joongang, Samsung will reveal this year’s model in early July at an event in New York. They will not be more specific than that, but as a minimum it would probably mean that we would see it in the first half of the month and probably earlier than the July 10th date of the current model.
In fact, Samsung has gradually moved the message dates for its Z -Flip phones to earlier this year, so an earlier date than the Galaxy Z Flip 6 would make sense.
However, the company will not advertise the phone in a weekend that counts on July 5 and 6, and with July 4, the independence day in the United States, it also seems unlikely. So it leaves July 1, July 2, 3 or 7th July 8 or 9 as opportunities.
But Samsung usually announces new Z Flip models on a Wednesday, which of these days leaves only July 2 or July 9 as opportunities, so one of these two dates would be our best guess.
Of course, it assumes that the requirement of early July above is accurate, but at least we would expect to see the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 sometime in or around July, especially as several sources have said it will enter mass production in May, which would probably work for a launch around that time.
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 predictions
Samsung opened pre -orders for the Galaxy Z Flip 6 the same day the phone was announced, and that’s actually what the company tends to do with its handsets where the Samsung Galaxy S25 was another recent example of this.
So while there are no leaks about the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7’s pre -order date yet, we are pretty sure you will be able to pre -order it on the day it is announced. Which, as mentioned above, is likely to be sometime in the first nine days of July, when July 2 or 9 or 9 is our best guess.
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 Shipping Date Predictions
The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 sent exactly two weeks after it was announced, while in the case of the Galaxy Z Flip 5 there was a 16-day hole and with Z-FLIP 4 the wait was 15 days. In all these cases it was about two weeks, so we would expect to see that pattern repeated again this year.

However, there are some leaks, with the report from Joongang, which is linked above, which claims that FE is likely to be revealed next to Standard Z -Flip 7. However, they add that there is a chance that it will not be released until later in the year -perhaps like Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge, as Samsung teased at the launch of the S25 series, but is still to start selling.
In fact, another leak suggests that the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE will not be available before the fourth quarter of the year, which means October, November or December. So there may still be a long wait for the particular model.
