There is every chance that Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 will be the best collapsible phone of the year, as leaks suggest this successor to the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 will be a serious upgrade.
So if you are serious with foldable – and have a serious stack of cash to use on one – then you might want to consider this model. It’s not out yet, but it could come soon – and we have a good idea of when.
Below you will find our predictions of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 notification date, pre-order date and shipping date. These predictions are based on a mixture of leaks, rumors and Samsung’s typical timings.
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 Message Date Predictions
Our best guess when the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 will be announced is either July 2 or July 9.
Why those days? Well, the last few models were announced in July, so it’s the most likely month. At the top of the South Korean place, Joongang has said to expect the phone in early July, which probably means in the first few weeks.
The fact that Samsung typically reveals new Z Fold models on a Wednesday and it leaves us with just July 2 or July 9.
Of course, JoonGang could be wrong, but the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 was revealed on July 10 last year, and Samsung has changed the dates of the message a little forward each of the last few years, so if this trend continues, we would probably see again in early July.
We still can’t quite exclude a date later in the month or a launch on something other than a Wednesday, but all characters point in this direction so far, and at least, with Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7, which is allegedly entering mass production in May, it must be ready to land in or around July.

We can also take a good guess when the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 pre -orders will open, with our best guess for now being either July 2 or July 9.
The reason for this is simply that Samsung usually opens pre -orders the day it announces new devices. For example, this did with Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6, Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 and Samsung Galaxy S25.
So while it is possible that Samsung will break from his usual patterns here, we doubt it. If we are mistaken for the pre -order, it will more likely because we are wrong when the phone is announced, as when it is advertised, we are almost sure you can pre -order the same day.
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 Shipment Date Predictions
Shipment dates are what we are least sure of, as they are not only dependent on our predictions with the message date is right, but Samsung is not as consistent with when phones are sent as when they go up for pre -order.
However, there is still a rough pattern, with the last few Samsung Galaxy Z Fold models and many other Samsung hand sets that send about two weeks after they are announced. However, the exact gap varies, which typically enters between 12 and 16 days.
So if the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 is announced on July 2nd, two weeks later would be July 16, so we could see that ship then – or one day or two each side of it. If revealed on July 9, it may be sent instead on July 23rd.
