- 115 inches with Samsung’s glare -free tech
- AI 4K and HDR -OP SKALING AND LOTS OF PICTURE OPPTIMING
- $ 26,999, available now
Samsung has revealed its biggest ever NEO QLED -TV, QN90F -and if bigger means better, this is the best QLED -TV yet. At 115 inches it is designed to deliver what Samsung says is a “mind windy” cinematic experience.
Large TVs are in great demand right now-see also Skyworth’s new 100-inch art TV-with sale of TVs 98 inches and bigger growing by 148% year by year. And with a recommended $ 26,999 price tag (so about £ 19,940 or AU $ 41,449 as Guestimate) is 115-inch QN90F priced competitive for this market.
One of the sales points of this particular TV is that it is very bright compared to OLED, which makes it good for things like watching live sports during the day without having to make your room so dark that you fall over your friends, family or housemates.
Samsung has not released the full details yet, but as the owner of a much more modest Samsung Neo QLED I can confirm that these TVs are often so bright that I feel I should have on sunscreen.
Samsung QN90F: Key features
The full spec -sheet has not been revealed yet, but we know that QN90F has Samsung’s glare -free design and contains the latest generation of the NQ8 AI Gen3 processor that enables features such as Supersize Picture Enhancer. It optimizes the display to make sure that as Samsung expresses it, “bigger does not mean blurs” due to the larger size of giant screens pixels.
The TV also contains Samsung’s Quantum Matrix Technology Pro for precise lighting control and 4K UPSCALL PRO, which does exactly what you would expect with under-4K solutions. There is also Neo Quantum HDR Pro for real-time color optimization and Auto HDR Remastering Pro to feel standard dynamic range media for “HDR-like quality”.
Gaming and Sport are incredible on huge TVs, and here Samsung has delivered its movement Xcelerator 144Hz to the former and AI Motion Enhancer Pro for the latter to keep things pin-sharp. And for Soundtrack everything, there is top channel atmos speakers and Samsung’s smart object tracking Sound+that delivers positional sound that follows the action on the screen.
The operating system is the well -known UI Tizen, and it is guaranteed in seven years of our OS updates to keep your TV apps and services current.
