Samsung Galaxy Buds Core is leaked again
It seems that a battery life upgrade is incoming
We can see earplugs appear in the coming months
Our best wireless earplugs list never remains unchanged for a long time, and the next pair of earplugs to make a requirement of inclusion could come from Samsung – with a new leak suggesting that a key battery time upgrades will be included along the way.
This comes from a regulatory archiving spotted by 91 kmobiles, allegedly for the Samsung Galaxy Bud core. The indications are that Galaxy Bud Core is the new name for the next gene ear plugs previously known as the Samsung Galaxy Bud FE.
Galaxy Buds FE has a battery capacity of 60mAh for each earplug and 479mAh for the case, while this new filing suggests their successors will have a capacity of 100 mAh for each earplug and 500mAh for the case.
Add some improvements to chipset efficiency and we should see a significant boost in the life of the battery. The Galaxy Bud FE was launched in October 2023 and lasts about six hours between charges with active noise reduction turned on.

This is not the first time these earplugs are seen: Previous regulatory archives that emerged last month also pointed to the Galaxy Bud’s core name, and the same battery -boost suggested in the latest link.
There have also been rumors that these earplugs could come with direct Wi-Fi support, matching buds such as Xiaomi Buds 5 Pro Wi-Fi-beautiful This feature would probably beat the price of these low cost earplugs.
Samsung Galaxy Buds FE came with a launch price of $ 99 / £ 99 / AU $ 149 and we expect the Samsung Galaxy Bud core to cost around the same, even if the upgrades we mentioned could look up that price.
As for a launch date, it should not be too long before these earplugs are officially revealed. Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 have to show up once in July, and the Galaxy Buds core may well appear at the same event.
