Sarah Michelle Gellar shared just what 90s character wardrobe she would shop in “in seconds.”
A reporter from PEOPLE The magazine asked the 48-year-old American actress, like the 90s or early 2000s she would swap with, and she replied, “Kathryn Merteuil in seconds.”
“It’s easy. She had an incredible closet,” Gellar said, admiring her fashion choice.
When asked if she had any special look at Merteuil in mind, she then referred to her slim blazer and Bustier Combo.
Gellar explained: “My first [favorite] Was a suit, the iconic suit she wears at first because I was 20 years old when we started it. “
The Scream 2 Star remembered, “Our costume designer would have a tailor -made suit and she took me to this very famous store in Los Angeles called Trashy Lingeri. I had never been to because I was like 20.”
“I was like,” oh, I don’t know if I could go in there, “but it was done to be one of the best custom stores for corsets and any kind of underwear that you would wear. I was properly in shape,” she noted.
They “tailored the corset that goes under the iconic suit in the beginning,” DEXTER: Original sin Actress shared.
In particular, the whole experience from mounting to the perfect end product was “incredible.”
“It was really the first time I think I had something tailored to where they take your measurements and they build it from scratch,” said Sarah Michelle Gellar.
