Saudi low cost companies Flyadeeal have expanded operations in Pakistan by launching planned flights to Peshawar and Islamabad, it appeared on Monday.
The initial Riyadh-Peshawar aircraft landed in Bacha Khan International Airport on August 25, where a welcome ceremony was held, including a cake cutting event, such as officials from Pakistan Airports Authority (on), Airport Security Force (ASF) and Menzies Ras.
Flyadeeal will now operate twice weekly flights from Riyadh to Peshawar on Mondays and Wednesdays.
A day earlier, the airline’s initial Riyadh – Islamabad service at Islamabad International Airport touched and bears 65 passengers.
The plane was greeted with a traditional water greeting and the return flight left 172 passengers. Flyadeal runs a weekly service on Riyadh – Islamabad – Riyadh route every Sunday.
On welcomed the extension and stated that the new routes would improve the connection, facilitate the journey of passengers and strengthen the bond between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.
