Just a day after his retirement as additional registrar (judicial), Nazar Abbas was reused as Director-General (Legal Wing) -At BPS-21-submitted-in the Supreme Court on a six-month contract.
The DG Judicial Wing Post has been created for the first time in the point.
Last month, a two judge had the Supreme Court bench a contempt message issued to the senior employee for not having a case of jurisdiction for ordinary benches.
ABBAS’s basic salary to be set in BPS-21 at the stage of last salary, including personal salary, which he was entitled to the retirement date. All quotas can be assumed for reality treatment for his class by servants under the federal government and Supreme Court rules from time to time beyond all ad hoc reliefs. The same goes for his leaves.
Abbas’ full -time employment would be available to the Supreme Court in Pakistan. He may be employed in any way required by appropriate authority without the requirement of further remuneration. He must at all times obey the rules prescribed for the time, for the regulation of the service at Cadre, as the post in which he has been hired belongs.
According to a review, ABBAS is entitled to the 1300cc car with a monthly polloft of 270 liters. He can take a car outside the municipal boundaries of Islamabad subject to the condition that the fuel ceiling does not exceed. In the event that he does not use transportation, he is entitled to income generation to which other federal government employees in his class are entitled.
He is entitled to the same facility of the accommodation of the state -owned or employed residence as allowed for a person with a similar scale to the service/Supreme Court.
With regard to all other issues not specified in this contract, the rules/regulation finds relevant to the federal officials/Supreme Court establishment. The message has been issued with the approval of the Chief Justice of Pakistan Yahya Afridi.
It is learned that there was a sense of uncertainty prevailing among regular employees in the point of law with regard to recycling.
Several retired officers have been named key items, and most of them belonged to Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (KP), from which CJP Afridi also comes.
SC registrar Muhammad Saleem Khan is himself a retired officer. Secretaries of the Legal Commission for Pakistan and Pakistan’s highest legal are also retired officers. Both positions are recreated after Justice Afridi sparked oath as CJP.
