SC postpon Imran bail to August 12

Islamabad:

The Supreme Court on Tuesday exposed hearings on bail petitions from PTI founder Imran Khan until August 12.

A division bench consisting of CJP Yahya Afridi and Justice Shafi Siddiqui heard the case. During the hearing, lawyer Salman Akram Raja showed up for the bench and informed the court that co -adviser Salman Safdar had sought a postponement.

Raja requested the court to re -plan the consultation in the following week and also issue fresh messages.

However, the bench rejected both requests and postponed the consultation until August 12 on the basis of the pending postponement of Safdar.
