Islamabad:
A high -level technical team left on Sunday to Ankara on a week’s long official visit to the Turkiye Constitutional Court, as a follow -up of a previous visit by Pakistan’s Chief Justice in the brotherly Muslim country, the Supreme Court said.
According to a statement from the Supreme Court, a reflection of Chief Justice’s obligation to institutional reforms and international legal cooperation is. The team consists of officers from the Supreme Court, the Federal Judicial Academy (FJA) and the Law and Justice Commission of Pakistan (LJCP).
The main goal of the visit is to study best practices in legal performance, including case management systems and the use of technology.
