A Washington State School District has taken the cases into his own hands after Blue State refused to comply with President Donald Trump’s recent “No Men Men In Women’s Sports” executive order.
Tumwater School District’s Board of Directors voted on Thursday to ban Transpiger from playing for girls’ sports teams. The resolution adopted with a vote of 3-1.
Board member Jill Adams failed to vote, but turned to Trump’s executive order that banned transnocal females from participating in girls and women’s sports.
“Many of us may disagree with the executive order, but us as school guidance members are caught between a cliff and a tough place,” Adams said. “I support different views, I support different ways of living, but it’s tough. I’m caught in between, not a rock, but a stone and a hard surface.”

Washington is one of the many democratic states that has enabled trans athletes to play after Trump’s executive order, causing national setbacks following a broadly released incident involving a trans athlete.
The complaint claimed that Tumwater School District In Washington Is currently investigating the 15-year-old Frances Staudt to “mislead” the opponent and violate the district’s policy against bullying and harassment on February 7.
According to the document, Staudt asked the school’s principal and athletic director before the game whether the player was a biological man. The administrators then reportedly confirmed that they had been notified that the player was transgender, but refused her pleas to have the player removed.
Periodt removed himself from the game. According to the document, a TSD employee allegedly confronted the Young Brother of the game for taking a video of the game and said, “You should rather think twice about what you’re doing right now.”
Pakinomist Digital has reached TSD for comment.
Perhautt appeared on the YouTube series ”[un]Divided with Brandie Kruse“With his mother to discuss the situation this week, each of which repeated many of the same accusations included in the complaint.

“I’ve had threats to me. I’ve had people to tell me I go to hell. I’ve had people saying, ‘good luck having every future after this’ and saying, ‘I know all the people who report your account are happy to see your downfall and know it will be a really tough time for you in your future because of your decision to send this,'”
Just days later, that trans athlete performed involved in the incident, identified as Andi Rooks, On the same show Next to the athlete’s father.
Rooks would have been sitting out if Staudt’s concerns had become known.
“I’ve never had any problem before this game, and my goal was never to make any uncomfortable in any way, and I didn’t even know that Frances had a problem until I shouted at the game,” Rook said. “If she had had a conversation with me before the game, I would have been sitting out. My last thing I want to do is make someone unpleasant.”
Washington’s high school athletes are currently allowed to compete based on their gender identity rather than their biological sex. The WIAA policy says that each athlete will participate in programs “in accordance with their gender identity or gender that is most consistently expressed,” and there are not even any medical or legal requirements. Bills that would prohibit transient girls from participating in girls and women’s sports have been introduced but not passed.
Washington State Superintendent of Public Instruction Chris Reykdal spoke in defense of Transgender athletes In Girls Sports at an address last week and claimed it was “inaccurate” to say that there are only two genders.
“It is simply inaccurate to say biologically that there are only boys and that there are only girls,” said Reykdal. “There is a continuum. There is a science for this. There are children who are Born Intersex. There are children whose hormones and if chromosomes are not in accordance with their gender at birth.
“Our state laws make it clear that children must identify and participate on the basis of the gender they identify. We will maintain this law.”
Reykdal insisted that Trump has no authority as president to issue a ban on trans athletes in girls sports, but admitted to the US Congress. The protection of women and girls in the Sports Act is a bill in Congress that would execute similar demands as Trump’s order and have already been adopted in the Representant House. It has not gone to a vote in the Senate yet.
“Until Congress changes the law or our state legislator, we will change the law, we will follow the current law and the current civil rights framework for this state, and that is what it tells us to do,” Reykdal said.
However, the question became so worrying about the residents that in December Wiaa announced a proposal to create a separate open department for transking athletes to compete in.
This proposal came weeks after the Central Valley School Board that oversees schools in Spokane Valley and Liberty Lake, Washingtonvoted to send a message to the Washington Interscholastic Activity Association (WIAA) about the questions after much debate at a school board meeting.
