Second arrest made after sex toys thrown on the WNBA game in Arizona

Police have made another arrest in response to the ongoing events with green sex toys thrown in courts under WNBA games.

The latest alleged guilty, 18-year-old Kaden Lopez from Arizona, was arrested after police say he threw a sex toy in the crowd during Tuesday’s WNBA game between Phoenix Mercury and Connecticut Sun, according to Fox 10.

Police say Lopez pulled the sex toys from his sweater pocket at Tuesday’s game and threw it against the seats in front of him and hit a spectator in the back.

“Video recordings show that Lopez sitting in his seat picks up the green [object] From his sweater front pocket then throws [object] forward. Then he gets up and leaves the area, “said a court document according to Fox 10.

Another spectator was allegedly hit by the object.

“The adult male victim was interviewed. He said he was watching the WNBA game with his 9-year-old niese when something hit his then fell to the ground beside them. He realized that the object that hit him was a [sex toy]. He wants prosecution, ”the legal document added.

On Saturday, WNBA announced that another man, the 23-year-old Delbert Carver, was arrested after he allegedly threw a similar sex toy in a court under a July 29 Atlanta dream play against the Golden State Valkyries.

“Security and well -being for everyone in our arenas is a highest priority for our league. Objects of all kinds thrown on the field or in the field of residence may pose a security risk to players, game officials and fans,” the league said in a statement.

“In accordance with the WNBA Arena Security Standards, any fan who intentionally throws an object on the court will immediately be pushed out and faced a minimum of one year’s ban in addition to being subject to the arrest and prosecution of local authorities.”

Indiana Fever -Super Star Sophie Cunningham seemed to be hit by a projectile sex toys during Tuesday evening’s match against Los Angeles Sparks in the final minuts in the second quarter as the fever was preparing to inbound the ball.
