Comedian Shane Gillis took the stage at the Espy Awards on Wednesday night and fired shots at almost anyone in the sports world with a monologue that fits a fried event.
It is not uncommon to see the host start to light up the audience with some playful jabs here and there at award exhibitions, but Gillis’ Bite Humor pulled some Jeers along with cheer inside the Dolby Theater in Los Angeles.
One of his most discussed jokes was about the new North Carolina Tar Heel’s head football coach Bill Belichick when Gillis made a comment about his 24-year-old girlfriend, Jordon Hudson.

“A bookie is what Bill Belichick reads to his girlfriend before bed,” Pre -covered Gillis his joke. “They read, ‘very horny larva,’ ‘The little engine that could only need a pill,’ and of course the classic, ‘good night breasts.” “
The shift in the crowd began to come when Gillis mentioned Joe Rogan with a joke about NBA Commissioner Adam Silver, but it quickly became something directed at President Donald Trump.

“Joe Rogan actually wanted me to be here to host this award show so I could catch Adam Silver because Joe thinks he’s a stranger,” Gillis said. “And Donald Trump wanted me to be here to catch Juan Soto for the same reason.”
Gillis did not stop there with Trump mentioning when he knocked fun at the 47th president of recently saying he wants to arrange a UFC match in the White House.
Then it came into the current political argument about the alleged Jeffrey Epstein client list.

“Donald Trump wants to arrange a UFC match on the lawn of the White House. The last time he staged a match in DC, Mike Pence almost died,” Gillis said. “… In fact, there should be an Epstein crush here, but I assume it was deleted. Probably deleted itself, didn’t? Probably never existed. Let’s move on like a country and ignore it.”
Gillis also mentioned Wnba Superstar Caitlin Clark, who did not get the best of reactions after what he “predicted” as she retired.
“She wants to work in a waffle house so she can continue to do what she loves the most, fist-fist with black women,” Gillis told a mixed reaction.
Finally, another interesting joke election was to take a shot at the deceased OJ Simpson, who was an ode to the late comedian Norm MacDonald, the host of the show in 1998.

“Travis Hunter won Heisman Trophy this year,” Gillis said. “He is the first defensive player since Charles Woodon who won Heisman. Congratulations, Travis Hunter, who won Heisman, it’s something they can never remove from you. Unless you kill your wife and a servant, in what case can they take it away from you.”
Gillis, who plays in the Netflix series “Tires”, also aimed at Aaron Rodgers, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and more in what consideres off-color, while others thought it was just too laughing.
