Simone Biles is still bust despite the Olympics being over.
After her historic performance this summer -ol in 2024, the athlete now went to her official Instagram account to upload insight into her journey to the Kentucky Derby.
She also gave a glimpse of her upcoming business opportunity, a restaurant in partnership with Playmakers Group inside George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH).
The Houston-based airport first announced the eatery called “Taste of Gold” last September, but Biles has never had the chance to check it out so far.
Over a photo of herself posing in front of the room, she wrote: “On her way to Louisville to Kentucky Derby and I finally got to see my restaurant at the airport !!!!!!”
To her side, a wall read, painted with a flag and silhouettes of gymnast in the picture, “soon coming Simone Biles tastes of gold.”
The name of her restaurant is definitely a tribute to her results as a gymnast when Simone Biles recently went to Paris in the Summer Olympics in 2024, which already held seven medals for her name and returned with four more including gold in the women’s whole and individual vault final.
According to a press release, Taste of Gold will “celebrate Biles’ remarkable global results. The chef-designed menu will include signature foods and beverages curated by the restaurant industry’s innovator Mark Brezinski and created for ‘Wow’ every traveler.”
