Rawalpindi:
Security forces have neutralized six terrorists in the Zhob district while trying to infiltrate Balochistan through the border along Afghanistan, the military’s media wing said on Thursday.

Pakistan has consistently asked the temporary Afghan government to ensure effective border management on their side of the border.
“The Afghan temporary government is expected to fulfill its obligations and deny Khwarij’s use of Afghan land to maintain terrorist acts against Pakistan,” it states.
ISPR said Pakistan’s security forces remained obliged to secure its borders and eliminate the threat of terrorism from the country.
Meanwhile, President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif Paid security forces on Thursday for preventing the infiltration attempt.
In separate messages, the president and the Prime Minister valued the security forces’ bravery to kill six terrorists during the timely operation.
“Pakistan’s brave armed forces are determined to protect the country’s borders at all times. Operations against terrorists will continue until the complete elimination of the threat of terrorism. The entire nation stands with its security forces in the war against terrorism,” the president said.
Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif said: “The nation is proud of the security forces. They will continue to disrupt humanity’s ferocious intentions. Pakistan’s government and security forces are mobilized to completely eliminate terrorism from the country.”
