- It celebrates the Good of War’s 20 -Year anniversary, it has a simple but striking design inspired by Kratos
- Pre -orders start next week, October 12, on PlayStation Direct and other retailers
Warm from the heels of another Astro Bot Limited Edition DualSense, which is out now, Sony has revealed a new Kratos-inspired controller with limited edition to strengthen DualSEense ranks even more.
The War’s 20th anniversary Limited Edition DualSense goes up for pre-ordering on PlayStation Direct and other participating retailers on October 30, but the launch date has not yet been revealed.
Revealed as part of the September 24th State of Play presentation, it is immediately recognizable as a god of war-inspired controller with Kratos’ trademark red tattoo, covering a white-to-light gray background with other elements of both colors of thumbsticks and D-pad buttons.

Since some recurring readers may have gathered now, I am a massive cheerleader for the wireless dualSense. It is an excellent controller in any form or design, considering its excellent ergonomic symmetrical design, features and buttons and performance. The same recurring readers can also remember that I am a great controller collector, so I look to lock this down as well when pre -orders go live – especially as it is inspired by a series I love.
We know it will cost $ 84.99 / £ 74.99 according to the official PlayStation blog post, but in terms of exactly where you can get it, we don’t quite know yet.

To be brutally honest, I think this is a relatively tame limited edition controller from Sony. I am a collector, so of course I will be tempted, but it seems that it is only a few licking with red paints that are different from the regular white dualSense controller …
As a result, it is a design that may only make the controller the biggest – but that is what it can or not, I will cover the latest stock.
