- Sony has revealed a new variant of the limited edition Astro Bot DualSense
- It has a different design style but similar aesthetic as the first variant
- Pre -orders start this week, September 12, on PlayStation Direct and other retailers
In excellent news for PS5 Hardware -Collectors and Astro bot Fans, Sony recently revealed a new variant of Astro Bot Limited Edition DualSense, and it’s coming soon – Astro Bot Joyful Limited Edition DualSense.
The new controller, announced last week with a fun little video on social media, has a slightly changed design from the original – which I absolutely love – and will be launched on October 30, with pre -orders beginning Friday (September 12).
It has the same robot aesthetic draped everywhere in a pleasant combination of white and Astro bot Blue and have ‘happy’ eyes on the touch pad, making it a perfect companion to the game – and now its predecessor controller.

I am a big fan of DualSESE Wireless Controller in any form in view of its excellent features, ergonomics and performance. I am also a large collector of the pillows and try to make sure I get as many as possible to my collections, especially Those who are tied to games I really love.
Although this new Astro Bot DualSense is only slightly different from the original I already own, having paired of them will be an absolute joy and cuts to the core of what the building a collection is about.
Even in the light of Host of Yotei PS5 DUALSEense pre -orders – and Ghost of Yotei PS5 -Console pre -orders too – this Astro bot Controller looks like a diamond and it will definitely fly from the digital shelves as soon as pre -orders are opened. As for where to get it, PlayStation Directs DualSense -page is probably the best early page to see and bookmark, though other retailers will be involved (according to Sony’s post above).
To be the devil’s spokesman if Sony were to release another of these controllers, it might have been a little more creative with the variant’s design. It could have done it completely different, really. However, Sony can just jump off the enormous popularity of the original, and I am firstly positive for the original interest to see this disappear as quickly as the first.
Remember that if you want this pillow, pre -orders are going live this Friday, September 12, and it will be released on October 30th.
