Sting Voices Support to Ill Drummer Lionel Duke

Sting Hopes -drumslager Lionel Duke ‘will do it’

Sting just sent a message of support to the Christian drummer, Lionel Duke, who suffered a cardiac arrest on stage.

The former police frontman played in Liverpool at the On the Waterfront Festival at Pier Head and marked his first performance in the city since 1979.

Earlier that day, the popular 80s band played on the same stage and AFT4R only two songs, Lionel collapsed with the front man, where Garry Christian was to call the help of relief services.

Shortly after, a spokesman for the band confirmed to the audience that Lionel probably had suffered from cardiac arrest.
