The first night of Summerslam delivered with a handful of classic matches and a heist who completely left the audience at Metlife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, stunned.
A tag-team title changed hands and the World Heavyweight Championship switched twice.

JEY USO & ROMAN REIGNS DEF. Bron Breaks & Bronson Reed

It had been quite a long time since Roman Reigns was in a WWE ring, so much less marking with his cousin Jey Uso. But the two did not skip a beat. Reign’s exhausted the penalty to Paul Heyman’s Minions in a bit of a refund for a revenge attack after Wrestlemania 41.
Bron Breaks and Bronson Reed were on their game for quite a long time and had a lot of control over USO and Reigns throughout the match. But after breaking hit reigns with a spear, he took his eye on USO.
Uso hit breaks with a superkick then reed with an USO splash. He attached Reed for the victory.
Alexa Bliss & Charlotte Flair Def. Roxanne Perez & Raquel Rodriguez to WWE WOMEN’S TAKE TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP

Although Alexa Bliss and Charlotte Flair may not have entered Summerslam as friends, they used their veteran experience to defeat DOMS DAY members Roxanne Perez and Raquel Rodriguez to WWE WOMEN’s TAKE TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP.
Despite a miscue from Bliss to Flair “the queen” did not let it come to her. Flair had Bliss’ back throughout the match, and a large trunk for Rodriguez sealed this view. Bliss hit sister Abigail at Perez to win.
It is the fourth roof -title reign period for Bliss and the other for Flair.
Sami Zayn Def. Karrion Kross

Karrion Kross had been a torn in the side of Sami Zayn for weeks and took him out before a Gauntlet match to earn a shot at the World Heavyweight Championship. Zayn got his revenge on Kross and didn’t have to feed the devil inside him to do so.
Zayn rejected Scarlett Bordeaux’s Overtures to use a lead pipe on Kross. He hit the exploder and then the Helluva parcard and attached the cross for the victory.
Before leaving the ring, Zayn said to Kross, “We’re done.”
Tiffany Stratton Def. Jade cargill to wwe women’s championship

Tiffany Stratton and Jade Cargill highlighted the future of the women’s division at a rapid pace match containing air maneuvers and power centers.
Stratton was able to counter a blurry from the upper rope and transform it into a most beautiful Moonsault ever. She attached Cargill and continued as the longest reigning active champion.

Logan Paul & Drew McIntyre Def. Jelly Roll & Randy Orton

Jelly Roll asked for it and he got the full WWE experience at Metlife Stadium. He was hit by a claymore and completed an advertising table and eventually suffered the defeat.
Logan Paul delivered some of the top moments at night – spiking the country music star with a blow to the gut, put him through the table and then attached him at the end of the match.
Jelly Roll gave it his best shot, but in the end it wasn’t good enough.
Seth Rollins catches the World Cup in Tongue Weight

There was no indication that Seth Rollins was healthy, so much less healthy enough to do what he did on Saturday night.
Rollins paid his money into the banking contract after CM Punk defeated Gunther to win the World Cup in Tongue. Punk gave everything he had to go to Gunther and ran out of gas when Rollins came down to meet him.
Punk and Gunther gave fans in New Jersey a classic match. But Rollins ended the summer’s Heist and stole the title away from his long -time rival.
