Islamabad:
The Supreme Court in Pakistan on Wednesday issued a message of temporarily suspending the rules for rising court fees and securities.
The announcement issued by the Supreme Court says that court fees have been suspended in accordance with the Supreme Court rules 2025.
The court’s fees and securities rates will remain in accordance with the 1980 rules.
It should be noted that at a fully legal meeting with chairman of the Chief Justice of Pakistan Yahya Afridi, it was decided to temporarily postpone the rules of rising court fees and securities and decided to consult the stakeholders.
