Tavia Hunt, Kona to Kansas City Chief’s owner Clark Hunt, was destroyed to see the murder of Charlie Kirk at Utah Valley University on Wednesday.
HUNT made a long -term Instagram post to mourn the loss of Kirk, who was mortally shot during a talking event at school.
“We are heart -bridged and mourn the shocking and tragic departure from Charlie Kirk – a brave master of faith, freedom and America’s future,” the hunting post, which contained a picture of Charlie and his wife, Erika, exceeded on a mountain. “Our hearts pain for his beautiful wife, Erika, and their precious children, and we ask you to join us to cover them with prayer when faced with this unimaginable loss.”

As a woman with faith, Hunt continued at Kirk’s similar conviction.
“Charlie’s life was characterized by deep conviction and unshakable purpose,” she wrote. “He boldly proclaimed the gospel of Jesus Christ, maintained biblical values, and inspired countless people to stand firm in truth. Whether it spoke with thousands or answered the question of a single student, he modeled the kind of dialogue that our culture desperately needs: patient, respectful, articulated and not -t -step.
“We mourn the empty, his absence leaves, and we celebrate the legacy of courage and faith that he has sown into a generation. As the Augustine once wrote, ‘precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his holy … their tongues are silent, their deeds repeating themselves around the world …’ I believe that even in losses, the seeds of courage and conviction, there was.

Sports figures from the whole weather weighed after Kirk was originally shot, including former NFL players Tim Tebow, Brett Favre and Pat McAfee, as well as world champion Mark Teixeira and Auburn Basketball coach Bruce Pearl.
Harrison Butker, Chiefs’ Veteran Kicker, also focused on his Christian faith with his reaction to the tragic news.
“Thank you for your strong witness for Christ @Charliekirk11. Thank you for pursuing the truth and led your family as a man and father. Eternal rest gives them, o Lord, and let eternal light shine upon them. May their souls and souls from all the faithful left through God’s grace rest in peace. Amen.”

Hunt’s last message in her post pointed to how “holy and never one -time” human life is, and urged those who disagree to use words – not weapons.
“That was exactly what Charlie modeled – he met resistance with dialogue, not violence and proved that conviction and vitality can go hand in hand.
“The evil does not have the last word. Jesus does. And because of him, Charlie’s voice will continue to repeat herself and call us to live with conviction, courage and hope. May the righteous rise, bold as lions and witness of the truth.”
President Donald Trump announced Kirk’s death at 1 p.m. 16.40 EDT Wednesday and did so in a social media post.
“The great and even legendary, Charlie Kirk, is dead. No one understood or had the heart of youth in the United States of America better than Charlie. He was loved and admired by everyone, especially me, and now he is no longer with us. Melania and my sympathy go out to his beautiful wife Erika and family. Charlie, we love you!” Trump wrote.

The suspect in Krik’s killing remained almost Thursday and was described as “college-age” by the FBI and Utah Department of Public Safety.
Kirk founded Turning Point USA, a non-profit organization that advocates conservative politics, while also hosting the “Charlie Kirk show,” a national syndicated Salem radio program that was one of the best-rated podcasts in the country.
