Taylor Swift broke the Internet again as the acclaimed superstar has a habit of doing by putting a surprising countdown on her website. This led to the confirmation of her twelfth studio album – Life on a showgirl – Getting a formal disclosure soon and we are ready to learn more about the latest episode of the new Heights podcast that falls tonight, August 13, 2025, at. 7pm one. The show hosts Travis Kelce, NFL Star and Swift’s girlfriend with his brother Jason Kelce.
You can bet that we learn more about the upcoming album-Inclusive a proper title, track list that produced it, and when it is coming-so we can all go and prevent it on some of the best music street services, such as Spotify and Apple Music. But from the teasers of the episod we are in a fun, lively and hopefully long podcast, complete with the superstar rocking a rather well -recognized pair of Sony headphones.
Although these are not the new WH-1000XM6, they are more designed for podcasters, musicians and people in the studies. Sony’s MDR-7506 is professional mixed boxes with 40 mm drivers in each cup and a padded, foldable design. The latter makes a lot of sense when you think a podcaster carries them during the shooting or for an artist who mixes their next big thing.
The MDR-7506 is also well mounted enough for Swift to carry them, while also drawing a custom briefcase designed to keep a brand new vinyl-we see the full reveal when the podcast falls.
And if you want to rock the same pair as Swift, these wired Sony Headphones are readily available on Amazon and are 9% off $ 99.95 (from $ 109.95).
If you are looking for a slightly more fully equipped set and one that Techradar has tested, we will point you in the direction of the Sony WH-1000XM6. These launched earlier this year in May, and we called them “a fantastic pair of over-ear headphones that combine the best design elements from their predecessors while smoothing Sonic and the ANC capacities.”
These cost a little more with an MSRP of $ 449.99, though a little reduced to $ 428 at Amazon from this release.
Either route i bet on Life on a showgirlwill sound good on the XM6 and we are all happy to learn more about it when the Taylor Swift episode of New Heights falls later in the evening. It will be live on the show’s YouTube channel with video as well as in audio form, no matter where you stream your podcasts, including Apple Podcasts.
