Karachi:
Sindh College Education Department has temporarily deployed 20 teachers to Hyderabad’s historical government Kali Mori College to resume academic activities after a long hiatus.
Most of the assigned teachers – including lecturers, assistant professors and teachers – are currently placed at various government schools in Karachi. However, under “allowed work” policy, they will now begin to teach at Kali Mori College. Due to the college’s lack of a dedicated sanctioned fund (snow), teachers will continue to receive wages from their parent company.
Kali Mori College was awarded university status almost a decade ago when it marked its 100 -year anniversary. After the upgrade, the college section was interrupted and its snow was redistributed to other colleges. This year, however, the university resumed recordings and marked a significant step towards restoring its academic heritage.
Director -General College confirmed that approximately 800 students have been admitted to various faculties at the college for the current year of study.
The move aims to revive the academic spirit of the century -old institution and ensure that enrolled students have access to qualified teaching staff.
