ISLAMABAD:
The District and Sessions Court in Islamabad on Thursday adjourned the proceedings on a private complaint filed by the PTI regarding alleged deaths and injuries during the party’s protest held on November 26.
The court adjourned the case without taking further action on the request.
District and Sessions Judge Nasir Javed Rana heard the case related to the protest incident. During the hearing, the court noted that the complainant did not record his statement despite previous opportunities.
PTI chairman Barrister Gohar Khan and senior advocate Latif Khosa appeared before the court.
