The court rejects KP CM’s request

Islamabad:

A lower court in Islamabad on Thursday rejected a request to let the lawyer General Record a statement on behalf of Khyber-Pakhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur in a case related to alleged spirits and illegal weapons re-re-re-re-re-re-rehabing.

The court maintained arrest warrants and instructed Gandapur to register his statement in person or via video link during the next hearing.

Court Magistrate Mubashir Hassan Chishi rejected the placement submitted by the Attorney General of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to register the declaration in accordance with section 342 on behalf of CM Ali Amin Gandapur.
