ISLAMABAD:
The federal government has approved the promotion of seven constables of the Police Service of Pakistan (PSP) to grade 18, issuing formal notifications through the establishment department on the recommendations of the Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC).
The promotions come alongside key inter-provincial posts, reflecting an administrative reshuffle across Punjab, Sindh, Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa as the government moves to fill senior police positions and streamline command structures. According to the notifications, Abdullah Imran has been promoted to class-18 and transferred from Balochistan to the Punjab government.
