The iOS 26 roll is closer than ever and Apple has just released the final developer Beta – here is what’s new

  • Apple has released the last iOS 26 beta for developer testers ahead of its big event on September 9
  • While no new features have been added, Apple has performed final bug fixes to improve service and overall user experience
  • The last developer Beta stages for iPados 26, Watchos 26, MacOS 26 Tahoe, Visionos 26 and Tvos 26 are also out, all of which will be rolled out in public next week

Apple’s highly expected iPhone 17 event is scheduled for September 9, which means its operating system renewal is just around the corner and iOS 26 is likely to be released to the public. And with less than a week back, the tech giant has just released the final developer Beta phase for iOS 26.

When Apple hosted its WWDC event in June, it rolled out iOS 26 to the data subject developer Beta testers and marked the release of its eighth phase just last week. A month later, iOS 26 Public Beta went live and is currently in its sixth beta scene.
