A French Olympic Fence’s contaminated kiss defense was enough on Monday that the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) to clear her for a doping claim.

However, Wada challenged the explanation that Thibus was contaminated “by kissing with her then partner who had used a product containing Ostarine without her knowledge,” Cas said.
CAS cleared Thibus after the judges accepted that she was contaminated by kisses from her American partner over a period of nine days.
The court said on Monday, “It is scientifically found that the intake of a ostarind dose corresponding to the dose taken by Mrs. Thibus’, then the partner would have left sufficient amounts of ostarin in saliva to contaminate a person through kissing.”
