The Supreme Court’s constitutional bench observed on Thursday that there were the days when courts would run the government, and warned that the judges were now no room to govern the government’s affairs, and emphasized that the whole state could not be blamed for a person’s negligence.
A five-member constitutional bench led by justice Aminuddin Khan heard a case related to the rights of minority. A minority society leader said the most important accused in church burning events in Jaranwala had not been caught.
