Islamabad:

LHCBA has moved the Supreme Court towards the transfer of judges to IHC as well as notification of the appointment of acting IHC chief law.

A constitutional petition against the transfer of judges has been filed through senior lawyer Hamid Khan. It requests the Pointing Court to declare notification of the transfer of judges null and void as well as the decision of former IHC chief Justice Aamir Farooq about a representation of the judges.

It has also been requested that notification of the appointment of the functioning IHC High Court should also be declared invalid. The petition requests the Apex Court to impose re -issuance of the seniority list.
