‘The Last of Us’ gets disappointing update on S3

Season two of The last of us Left fans on the edge of what would be Ellie’s fate.

The wait to find out that this has just been stretched, as in a recent conversation, HBO and Max content chairman Casey Bloys said that season three will not arrive until 2027.

“The series is definitely scheduled for 2027,” the executive said Black. “Craig is still working on it, whether it will be two seasons or a long season anymore. It’s not decided yet and I follow Craig’s lead on it.”
