- Another Samsung Galaxy Tri-Fold rumors appear
- The phone “May” is now being sold in international markets
- We could see an official launch in the next few weeks
Good news, if you were hoping to get your hands on the long-awaited tri-fold folding phone from Samsung: The latest rumor of the device that was first teased in January is that it can be available globally, just as most of the best Samsung phones before it.
This comes from sources in contact with Sammobile, and count earlier rumors that suggested that this handset would be limited to South Korea and China – similar to the roll -out that the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition had last year.
However, we should not be too enthusiastic about the news yet: Sammobile says the phone will be sold in UAE as well as China and South Korea, and that other countries (including the US and the UK) can “see a launch.
It sounds like there is still some uncertainty about how many markets this tri-fold will be available I-might even inside Samsung. An official disclosure is expected to happen sometime in the next few weeks.
Long comes
Samsung showed Tri-Fold at his unpacked event for the Galaxy S25 phones in January, and Samsung has stated several times that the collapse will break the coverage sometime during the 2025-as we quickly reach the latter phases.
While nothing else has been officially said, rumors point out that the phone is being driven by a Snapdragon 8 elite chipset, and there have also been 16GB of RAM and a titanium frame in recent months.
The hinges and speakers could be borrowed from the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7, according to leaks, while also suggested by a 10-inch main display and rather on-through charging specifications.
All characters point to a Premium phone with a Premium Award, and while this is not entirely confirmation that we are getting a full global launch for Tri-Fold, it is at least more encouraging than previous rumors of limited accessibility.
