Google is so deeply part of digital life that it’s hard not to google yourself. But that is not the case The Little Mermaid Star Sierra Boggess.

“Google was a new thing. It was 2006. I remember I saw anyone saying, ‘Who is this no Sierra Boggess?’ I learned to never google myself again from it.

“To call someone a nobody is about the worst thing you can do because it devaluates someone’s presence in the world,” she continued. “My takeaway from it is to make sure I never be the one who treats people as if they are nobodies.”
