- Clicks introduces a new BlackBerry-style Power Keyboard
- It works with any MagSafe or Qi2 wireless charging phone
- Pricing for the accessory starts at $79 / £60 / AU$120
At the start of 2024, we saw the arrival of the company Clicks and its BlackBerry-style keyboard accessory for the iPhone (and eventually for Android devices as well). Now at the start of 2026, Clicks has launched a new Power Keyboard.
There are a few changes with the Clicks Power Keyboard. First, it slides out from behind your phone so it’s not always on display. Second, it acts as a wireless charger that works with any handset that supports the MagSafe or Qi2 standards.
Plus, it works over Bluetooth, so you can use it separately with any device that lets you connect a wireless keyboard. You can use it with one of the best iPads or best Android tablets when you, for example, had to write something.
“Power Keys move seamlessly from phone to tablet to TV to spatial computing, so wherever ideas strike, typing just works,” explains Clicks. You get “satisfying tactile feedback” in any app and on any device you need it.
Specifications and prices
Here are some specs: The Power Keyboard comes with a built-in 2,150 mAh, of which 500 mAh is reserved for powering the accessories (you can adjust this if needed). For comparison, the iPhone 17 comes with a 3,692 mAh battery.
You will therefore only get about 50-60% charge of your phone with this, depending on its battery capacity, so it is not really a power bank. You can of course plug it into a socket and use it as a wireless charger on a desk.
There is support for 5W wireless charging via MagSafe or Qi2 and Bluetooth 5.4 connection – and you can also switch between multiple devices. It measures 119.7mm x 76.6mm x 15.2mm and tips the scales at 180 grams.
Pre-orders are open now at a specially discounted price of $79 / £60 / AU$120, with shipping in the “spring” to the US (ie March, April or May). At some point the price will increase to $109 / £81 / AU$163, so if you’re interested, get involved sooner rather than later.
