Magtringe Season 3 just got a serious role of role with the additions of actors from two of Netflix’s biggest TV originals.
Just two weeks after Magtringe‘s third season was officially announced, the first of many (potentially, yet) new role crews have been revealed by Amazon MGM Studios. Stranger Things Star Jamie Campbell Bower playing the villainy Vecna in the hugely popular Netflix series, and Heartstopper Supporting actor Eddie Marsan has signed up to perform in Season 3 of Amazon’s High-Fantasy Prequel Show.

Amazon has not confirmed who they are playing in the Prime Video Series’ next chapter, but revealed that Campbell Bower will be a series regular and Marsan will contain in a recurring role. Tech Giant’s Entertainment Division also reiterated that the filming will begin in the spring (it’s autumn for readers of the southern hemisphere).

Who could Jamie Campbell Bower and Eddie Marsan play in the ring of Power Season 3?

We may not know who they will produce yet, but that doesn’t prevent me from speculating. Remember that I have no insider knowledge, so everything from this point is just me who has fun.
Where Marsan is concerned, he seems tailor made to play a dwaren character. We already expect that there will be a new dwarf in one of the best Prime Video Shows’ Third Season-to be Durin IV’s brother mentioned in season 2 section 8. Apparently he will play for the Khazad-Dûm throne after King Durin III’s death. He also has the support of some important dwarfers, so it would be fascinating to see Marsan’s named character go toe to toe (verbal and physically) with Owain Arthur’s Durin IV when struggling to become Khazad-Dûm’s next ruler.
Campbell Bower’s role is less clear. He is best known for playing Vecna/Victor Creel in Stranger Things Season 4 and he will surprise that role in Stranger Things Season 5, set to debut on Netflix sometime in 2025.
Given his experience of playing a scary villain, some readers may expect him to be another commanding, antagonistic figure in Magtringe. So he could be another of Sauron’s disguises-factual, while Charlie Vickers has primarily played Middle-Earths Dark Lord in the show, Jack Lowden Card Sauron portrayed during a flashback sequence in season 2 section 1. Magtringeso. Could Campbell Bower play Sauron when he returned to Númenor? I wouldn’t rule it out.
That said, Campbell Bower could also play a more heroic character. Since the Cast -The message was published, Tlotr Fans have flowed to Magtringe and Magtringe on Prime Reddit pages to say that Campbell Bower has the air and the appearance of an Alv. Perhaps he plays one of this race’s most interesting and/or important characters, such as glorfind or – whispers quietly – Celeborn, alias Galadriel’s husband.
