EXCLUSIVE: The White House delivered an exclusive statement to Pakinomist Digital after former San Jose State -Volleyball player Brooke Slusser came up with claims related to her last college -volleyball season in 2024 -a season involving a transsexual teammate who was investigated to report to have a gambling.

“Women deserve to play sports without fear of being violated and harassed by biological men. President Trump returns to women’s sports by ending the deteriorating left policy that is walcing and jeopardizing women,” spokesman for the White House Taylor Rogers told Pakinomist Digital.

The declaration came after a response to a response to Pakinomist Digital’s reporting on a Mountain West conference study of accusations that the former SJSU -Tran’s Athlet Blaire Fleming conspired with a Colorado State player to get slushes connected to the face during a 3rd October match.

President Donald Trump’s Department of Education opened a federal title IX study by San Jose State in February on the situation involving Fleming and the university’s handling of the Trans athlete.

Slusser sent a response to the statement in the White House.

“I love the steps that the White House has taken to eliminate men in women’s sports, but right now there is so much change that still needs to be made. We’ve seen baby steps in the right direction, but we still have girls out there who have to deal with men on their teams and in their changing rooms,” Slusser said.

“I feel this must be a massive priority so that we can stop this madness before rather than later. Girls still suffer every day until we can put a complete stop to the false reality of these people and put them where they belong, which is with men’s sports.”

Slusses previously claimed in a trial, signed by 10 other current or former female college -volleyball players against Mountain West and representatives of SJSU, that Fleming and other teammates Snow out of the team hotel the night before an October 3 -match against Colorado State and met with an opponent’s player.

The lawsuit claimed that a teammate who sneaked out with Fleming later, players and coaches of an alleged plan of Fleming, in a conspiracy with the Colorado State player, told her face to face during a match.

The trial and the complaint claimed that the players who talk out told other players and coaches that they saw Fleming also handing over a SJSU scout report with an agreement to throw the match in the Colorado State’s advantage.

In November, the Mountain West conference launched a study of the claims, but concluded “sufficient evidence” could not be found.

Slusser now claims she had a conversation with a teammate who was interviewed as part of the conference’s investigation into Fleming’s alleged plan. Pakinomist Digital does not reveal the teammate’s identity.

“Based on what I was told exactly what one of my teammates had seen going that night – about talking about the scout report and leaving the web open – was told these lawyers. Then it should have been sufficient proof [of the alleged plan by Fleming]“Slusser told Pakinomist Digital and added that she will see the study reopened.

“People tell you that this happened and it’s not used information. She sat there and heard the conversation between Blaire and [former Colorado State volleyball player] Malaya [Jones]. So for me, from what I know without even having to dig deep into this study, there is sufficient evidence and they were told sufficient evidence. ”

Pakinomist Digital cannot independently verify that Slusser’s teammate confirmed the allegations against Fleming as he spoke to investigators.

Slusses have alleged university officials hidden knowledge of Fleming’s birth sex from her, while allegedly often pairing the two in the same bedroom at night over trips.

“I change open in front of this person, think it’s a woman, and … I could have had the chance to take me out of this situation and at least go to another room and request to be switched to another room and not,” she said. “So I got that opportunity after my choice to be taken away from me.”

Slusser said that after she joined Riley Gaines’ lawsuit against NCAA in September with reference to her experience with Fleming, interactions with Trans athletes quickly became hostile.

“After I joined the trial, Blaire didn’t like me at all. There was a time when Blaire said, ‘I will never talk to you again.’ And I said, ‘Ok, that’s fine,’ Slusser said.

Pakinomist Digital interviewed San Jose State Athletic Director Jeff Konya to ask about Slusser’s claims and other details of the investigation. However, Konya got up after just about five minutes of related questions and went away and said “I’m done.”

Pakinomist Digital played a video clip of locks that recited these accusations to Konya on Mountain West Media Days July 15.

“I have no idea if she tells the truth or not,” Konya said of Slusser’s claims.

Konya could not confirm or deny if any of the witnesses that were interviewed confirmed the allegations against Fleming.

When asked if he was pleased with how the university handled the controversy involving Fleming in 2024, Konya said, “I think everyone acted in the best possible way they could consider the circumstances.”

Slusser made an attempt to return to play a season of Beach Volleyball in NCAA, to which she had a year of justification, and into the transfer portal the last spring around the time of her exam from SJSU.

After communicating with several divisions in trainers about potential offers, she withdrew from the transfer portal and gave up the idea.

Slusses cited concern for her well -being and potential retaliation for her faith and public profiles with reference to her experience with SJSU, Fleming and the controversial study of the Trans Athlet’s alleged plan to hurt her.

“I could have been there and could have had a lot of retaliation from just students or staff or the athletes, and I didn’t know if it was something I could go through again,” said Slusser, adding that she had no faith at all “” she would be protected in case of retaliation.

“I was never shown that at an institution I thought I could trust … so I could really trust nobody. … there was a lot of fear of going through this transfer process.”

Educational Secretary Linda McMahon previously told Pakinomist Digital that the Trump education department will continue to work to tackle the SJSU study.

“Our study will continue,” McMahon said.

Pakinomist Digital has reached Mountain West, Willkie Farr & Gallagher, San Jose State University, Kress, Colorado State University and Jones’ current school, Southern Methodist University (SMU), for a response to all reported findings and the accusations of the Slusser family and Batie-Smoose. Jones transferred to SMU after the end of last season.

When asked if Mountain West would pass on evidence from the investigation, especially if any of the witnesses who were interviewed confirmed the allegations against Fleming, the conference rejected.

“With litigation that is underway, Mountain West has no further comments,” a spokesman said for the conference.

San Jose State has also refused to respond to Slusser’s claims.

“Due to ongoing litigation and federal investigation, we are unable to respond to your investigation,” a university spokesman told Pakinomist Digital.

Pakinomist Digital has tried to reach Fleming via social media for comment.
