Samsung’s Galaxy Tab Active5 Pro is a robust tablet built for demanding working environments. The new device was introduced together with the Galaxy Xcover7 Pro back in April 2025 and is designed to meet the demanding needs of industries such as logistics, construction and field service.
The ACTIVE5 PRO tab is equipped with a 5G-capable Snapdragon 7S Gen 3 processor, enhanced view brightness up to 600 nits and improved sound clarity with intelligent noise filtration.
The Sports 16 GB RAM and extended storage options for supporting heavy multitasking and fieldwork. The double battery setup has a combined capacity of over 10,000 mAh and supports hot-swapping, allowing users to replace batteries without shutting down the device.
Eight years of Android Updates
The tablet also has a practical no battery mode for fixed setups such as kiosks or use in the vehicle. With its MIL-STD-810H certification and IP68 assessment, it is built to handle drops, water, dust and extreme conditions, just as you would expect from a robust device.
It also comes with eight years (8 years!) Of Android updates that are impressive and include a protective case with a stylus.

NotebookCheck Went the hand with the Galaxy Tab Active5 Pro and declared in its in -depth review: “Performance is solid for everyday tasks, and the double battery setup with a combined capacity of over 10,000 mAh ensures very long battery life.”
The review added, “The inclusion of two removable batteries is a smart feature. However, it is unusual for the tablet to work only when both batteries are inserted or when running completely without batteries. On the positive side, these are the same battery models used in the Standard Galaxy Tab ACTIVE5.”
