The time wheel has spun his last narrative thread after his cancellation of Amazon after three seasons.
Per deadline, the Amazon pulled the tall on the high fantasy series yesterday (May 23) after it decided it would cost too much money to produce more seasons, especially in the light of the show’s falling viewing.
Prime Video’s top brass allegedly considered hard on this decision because leaders enjoyed what the program offered. However, a significant pass in its viewership under The time wheel Season 3’s race and its production costs were quoted as the primary causes of scrapping the entire series.
The official confirmation comes over a month after one of the best prime video shows’ third season ended. Before that did, Stjerner Josha Stradowski and Daniel Henney, who play Rand and LAN, told me solely that they were “safe” on a season 4 renewal. Unfortunately, the couple, along with the rest of the show’s role crew and crew, will not be back to more excursions.
The time wheelThe demis is even harder to take in light of the fact that the last eight-part rate is considered its best post yet.
In my review of The time wheel Season 3 I called it a “Spellbinding Return to Form to Prime Video’s High Fantasy TV Show Underdog” and handed it a four of Five Stars assessment.
Many critics also agreed with me. Over on popular review assembly site Rotten Tomatoes, Season 3 is long and away the show’s highest ranked chapter-it 97%critical rating outscoring season 2 (86%) and season 1 (81%) at some distance.

Nevertheless, the writing has apparently been on the wall of the Amazon TV original for some time.
As those weeks crossed by following his recent season finale, fans became more and more concerned about the lack of updates about the show’s future. Some actually got so worried that they came together and formed a fan -campaign that urged Amazon to quit The time wheel‘s story.
When Prime Video’s advance 2025 presentation in mid-May went without a single mention, it was a coincidence of when, not if Amazon planned to bring the ax down to his second largest high fantasy show. The greatest is of course Magtringe And after its fantasy -søskens aksing, Amazon Lord of the Rings The Prequel series, on its own, carries the weight of the fantasy genre of one of the world’s best streaming services.
There will be some fans who will be happy to see the back of Amazon’s live-action adaptation by Robert Jordan’s book series-names brother. In fact, some have expressed frustration over what they considered unnecessary redirects from the source material – change Showrunner Rafe Judkins defense in front of The time wheel Season 3’s launch.
Still this is a sad day for everyone associated with The time wheel. I didn’t expect my season 3 to finish the explanatory would be one of the last big articles I would write about it, but I suppose all good things will come to an end. I just wish the wheel was woven a little longer …
