Tirek Hill inlaid with cruel knee injury in game vs jets

Miami Dolphin’s Star Wide receiver Tirek Hill was taken to a local hospital after suffering a cruel knee injury Monday night against the New York Jets.

Hill was to be driven out of the field in the third quarter after his left leg tense in awkward way as he caught near the sidelines. The ESPN broadcast showed a repeat of the action. Hill’s legs were bent in a direction, it shouldn’t have been to say it simple.

Both medical staff for Jets and Dolphins quickly went to Hill, which was put in an air casting and placed on the back of a wagon. He was seen smiling almost by disbelief when the Dolphins quantity at Hard Rock Stadium cheered for their fast wide receiver who recognized them as the carriage drove to the tunnel.

Hill was quickly excluded from the game with what the dolphins called a knee injury. ESPN reported that the team feared he displaced his knee.

“He is led to a local hospital for imaging, evaluation and observation,” read Dolphins’ statement of X.

Dolphins’ Tirek Hill is facing charges

Hill and Quarterback Tua Tagovailoa were on the same page in this game as No. 10 caught six passes in 67 yards to lead the dolphins in this category before his injury.

Given the severity of the injury, Hill’s season 2025 could be over. He has only 15 catches in 198 yards with a touchdown over four games this year.

The dolphins came into this game against their AFC East enemy who fought with a 0-3 record as Mike McDaniel’s violation had not been its usual electrical self.

Hill had a slow start to the 2025 campaign and caught only four passes in 40 yards in a blow -up loss for Indianapolis Colts. However, he looked like his normal self when he had 109 yards on six grips in week 2 against New England Patriots.

Hill scored his first touchdown of the season last week on “Thursday night’s football” against Buffalo Bills, where he had five catches in 49 yards.

Hill is in his 10th NFL season, his fourth with the dolphins after six with Kansas City Chiefs.
